Time-lapse confocal movies of a monopolar mitosis in the AB cell of a zyg-1
control embryo (top) and a zyg-1; klp-19(RNAi) embryo (bottom) containing
GFP::histone and GFP::
-tubulin. Frames
were registered relative to the centrosomes, as in Video 4. To maximize image
quality for the AB spindle, images were collected at one frame every 10 s and
only a few frames were gathered from the P0 anaphase, to document the KLP-19
depletion phenotype (not included). Frames are shown at six frames per second.
